I tried to subscribe to the Deals newsletter and when it re-directs me after I put in my email address (https://mc.us5.list-manage.com/pages/track/click?u=53778f4d4f7441531ee40dbed&id=c25a0a358d) It says "No URL found for this tracker ID"

Simple health tips: I also revert to super simple meditative tasks to keep my brain from getting a cramp. At work I keep multiple lego sets and random legos in order to take a short break from the work cycle and meetings (sometimes during meetings). I also spend a ton of time at home chopping and cutting things for meals using a varitey of super sharp japanese knives ive collected over the years. Julienne and small dice are some of my favorite things along with slicing salami. I tend to prepare sofrito on a weekly basis for freezing. Cut and measure out portions, since it is the basis for a lot of italian dishes. But cutting in general (once you have mastered the basic technique) is a very meditative and also cathartic exercise. It also helps make the food tastes and cook better since the size of the cuts matter in how things cook.
