If you want to feel lucky and grateful for what you have and what you do, read Working by Studs Terkel. One hundred people talking about what they do for work and how they feel about it. Powerful.

It is worthwhile to note that online notaries are not accepted in every state. It depends on your state's regulations, and the document being signed. They are not a blanket, all-instances replacement for in-person notarization.

I work for a credit union and I manage our Zelle service and I have to caution everyone about using Zelle for large, wire type, transfers. Zelle works and it is instant but if you make a mistake and send a payment to the wrong person, your chances of getting your transfer back are basically nil.

Zelle has no way to stop a payment or hold seller accountable unlike PayPal. The one and only time I’ve been ripped off was buying tickets and the seller insisted that Zelle was the only form of payment they would accept. Cheap lesson for only $20

Another comment on Zelle - It will throttle larger transactions ($1,000+) on new recipients, forcing you to send multiple transfers over a period of days, until its algorithm catches up and lets larger transfers to that recipient go through; and in my experience, my bank could not do anything about that. And, it is lather, rinse, repeat on every new recipient you need to send money to.
