When I have a migraine, it is hard to work with bright monitor displays. I found a Windows app that is opensource that works great for quick changes. It is in the system tray and I lock it so one slider changes both displays at the same time. It lets you set a range so it is easy to go back to the default brightness you had to start with.

your feet are telling you to at least alternate shoes instead if covering up with stinky spray. wash yiur feet twice day and give then an hour to air out.
